I have this status in the PRTG EC. I already updated the PRTG und the EC to the latest Version 18.3.43.2317.

I don't know what else I should do. Any additional Hint? Thank you.

Hello,

can you connect to the PRTG AJAX web interface with your browser Chrome or Firefox? If that is possible, it's likely that the connection settings in the EC aren't correct anymore. Please compare them then with the IP/Hostname & Port that you are using with your browser in the PRTG AJAX Webinterface then.
