User Story
As an IT provider using PRTG, we want more granular options for right management.
Details of User Story
We have different teams in our organization. For maintenance purpose, our service desk team must pause some sensors/devices. The only way today is to grant write access to them, meaning that they can also delete sensors/devices. We cannot provide the write permissions to our service desk just to pause an alarm. There are too many risks.
In all our professional products, we have the distinction between the auditor (Read Only), operator (Read Only + some privileges) and administration (Read Write) role. We need the same granularity in PRTG.
Possibly include seperate access rights to add notification without being able to edit sensors itself
