How PRTG stores monitoring data for a long time period? For ex. if i have Ping sensor with one minute Scanning Interval will PRTG store this data with same period for 365 days? Or it will store last 90 days result with 60 sec. period, next 90 days with only 5 minute period result will be saved and next next...?

Hello Vasily,

PRTG stores the raw data for the whole time (default 365 days). Please note that PRTG will calculate averages if a time span longer then 40 days is called.

I hope this clarifies the behavior.

Dear Vasily,

the default time frame to keep historic data is 365 days. You can change this via menu "Setup" / "System Administration" / "Cores&Probes", section "Historic Data Purging", field "Historic Sensor Data".
