Is there a way to see a list of notifications and who receives each one at all?

Just wanting to do some housekeeping and check users are only getting alerts relevant to them.

Hello,

Thank you for your post.

Please click on "Setup -> Account Settings -> Notification Templates", then in the list of all notifications please choose a notification and click on the icon "Used by" if you want to see all objects where this notification is applied.

Also, in the settings of each notification template you can see which user or user group should receive the notification.

Beside that, I am afraid that there are no other ways to see e.g. a list of all notifications with a list of all recipients.

What is the icon "Used By" (in version 19.2.49.2018 and 18.1.38.11934)?

Hi there,

This button displays a list of objects (Probes, Groups, Devices and Sensors) where this notification was added under.
