Newly Installed Probe Has Health Issues

I've installed a new remote probe on a Windows 2012 R2 server. The probe does work. Currently it only is monitoring two (2) devices, my Exchange 2010 servers. Only one Exchange server is being monitored with WMI, the other just SNMP.

But the probe is frequently complaining about health problems and WMI. (i.e. "107 % Delay (Interval Delay WMI) is above the error limit of 100 % Delay in Interval Delay WMI. WMI Sensors of this probe cannot be scanned in their specified intervals. Try longer intervals or distribute load over probes.")

When I got the error above CPU was normal, around 15% at that moment, and RAM less than 50%. So I do not think it is a server load issue.

Hello,

For analysis of this issue we would need log files from your PRTG. Please open a support ticket so we will continue troubleshooting there. Please refer to this KB article in the ticket.

Thank you
