Running Version 18.3.44.2059, after upgrading my VCSA to 6.7 u1 I'm getting "Input string was not in a correct format." for sensor VMWare Host Performance (SOAP). I'm assuming this is a compatibility error. Just checking to see that this is being accounted for in the next update?

Hello Brian,

Thank you very much for your contact.

We released PRTG version 18.4.45.1898 (see Release Notes) which includes a fix for the VMware Host Performance (SOAP) sensor to show valid results again.

Please update PRTG to this version.

Best regards,
Sebastian

Thank you, that did fix my issue. It did take about 15 minutes for all the sensor errors to go away and turn to green but everything is in a green state now. Thanks for the quick reply.

Hi, I have PRTG Network Monitor 17.3.32.2339 and vcsa 6.7U3 installed, the error is "Input string was not in a correct format." Upgrading to the latest version is not possible.

As mentioned before, a fix was provided in a later version, we cannot fix this for you in an older PRTG version.

Kind regards,

Erhard.
