Hi,

I am new to PRTG and network monitoring. I am having a warning on the Accepted TLS 1.0 (Weak) on a few servers in my office. May I know how do I fix the servers, to make them "Denied" TLS 1.0 (Weak) ?

Thank you

Hello anzhen,
thank you for your inquiry.

PRTG is designed to point out issues or mis-configurations. But it's up to you to resolve them, because depending on the type of device, service or server "behind" the sensor, there are hundreds if not thousands of different approaches. There isn't a one fits all solution.

For instance, if you're monitoring an appliance or network device, the solution might be a firmware update. If it's a webserver, you might need to update it (or manually change it's configuration). Essentially, you will need to follow up with the documentation (or vendor) of each distinct device to find out what the "solution" is.
