SMS via prtg

Hi, we test with bulksms to receive alarm from prtg via sms,

the sensor is configured to send alarm

"When sensor state is Down for at least 240 seconds, perform Email to all members of xxxxx" "When sensor leaves Down state after a notification was triggered, perform Email to all members of xxxxx"

and xxxxx is configured to send mail and sms.

We receive all the mails (down & up) but we receive sms only when the state is changed to up not when the state change to down

Any idea or a way to trace what happens

Hi there,

Are you able to see any error messages under "Logs > System Events > Notifications" when a Down SMS notification should have been fired?
