Upper Error Limit not working

I add a Upper Error Limit 1 kbit/s on channel but it seems like not work.

The traffic exceed 1 kbit/s but sensor status still shown ok.

When you refresh the page manually, does it show the correct status then?

No , there's not show correct status after refresh and wait above 10 minutes.
