Contradiction in Sensor factory and its Source channels

Dear Support Team Sometimes we face these similar issues:

  • The aggregated graph (sensor factory) that shows in 2days or 30days tabs, is different from the same period in reports or historic data! (not in all time span of graph but in a part of graph)
  • The aggregated graph (sensor factory) that includes 2 sensors that one of them is paused (sensor B) and has no data in last 2 days, should be exactly same as the source channel that has data (sensor A) in last 2 days. but it's not! (not in all time span of 2days graph, just in a part of graph). There is this contradiction in data table of aggregated graph and sensor A too! But if the aggregated graph scrolls an hour, the graph became similar sensor A !! while data tables is different !!! Kindly thanks for your guidance.
