Capteur ping reste en erreur après une coupure

Bonjour, nous rencontrons un problème dans la supervision d'un équipement distant (par internet). Par exemple, si nous perdons la connexion vers cet équipement pendant 10 minutes, le capteur ping restera dans l'état non fonctionnel pendant plusieurs heures (pas de temps précis).

L'erreur remontée est "Durée de vie TTL expirée".

Quelqu'un a-t-il déjà rencontré ce problème ?

Hello, we are experiencing a problem in the supervision of a remote equipment (via internet). For example, if we lose the connection to this equipment for 10 minutes, the ping sensor will remain in the non-functional state for several hours (no specific time).

The error reported is "TTL lifetime expired".

Has anyone ever had this problem?

Please note that we are primarily able to provide technical support in English or German, unless of course another French user is able to contribute here :)

What do you get when you ping the equipment in command prompt from the PRTG server or remote probe that runs the ping sensor?

Merci pour la prise en compte de ma demande (même si celle-ci est en français :)).

En lançant un ping sur l'équipement depuis le serveur, j'ai rencontré deux cas différents : 1er cas : l'équipement répond correctement 2eme cas : l'équipement ne répond pas avec l'erreur "durée de vie TTL expirée" seulement depuis le serveur. Tandis que ce même équipement répond correctement au ping depuis un autre ordinateur sur le réseau.

Hello Yoann,

In this case I would recommend then to investigate the connection between PRTG server/Remote Probe and the target host, maybe running a wireshark capture can reveal more details what's going wrong.
