PRTG Server Service doesn't start



Hello everybody, We currently have the problem that the PRTG Core Server service only starts up for a short time and then ends. We have already restarted the server. The following error is stored in the event display: Trying to restart PRTG Core Server Reason: A setting in need of a restart has been changed.

Which settings must be set where?

Hallo zusammen, wir haben aktuell das Problem, dass der PRTG Core Server Service nur kurz anläuft und dann beendet wird. Wir haben schon den Server neugestartet. In der Ereignisanzeige wird folgender Fehler hinterlegt: Trying to restart PRTG Core Server Reason: A setting in need of a restart has been changed.

Welche Einstellungen muss wo gesetzt werden?

vielen Dank für deine Anfrage.

Um hier eine valide Aussage treffen zu können, müssen wir uns die Log Dateien des Core Servers einmal ansehen. Bitte starten Sie das PRTG Administration Tool am PRTG Core Server und wechseln hier in den Logs and Info Reiter. Über Send Logs to Paessler... lassen Sie uns bitte die Log Dateien des Core Servers zukommen.
