My prtg is catching on.

Dear, good afternoon the machine where the prtg server is working perfectly, there is no high memory consumption or cpu, it simply stops and with the core server service running, could you tell me which log and where is this log located for me? forward to you?

Hi Daniel,

Use "Setup | Contact Support" while PRTG is running to send logs, alternatively open application "PRTG Administration Tool" on the PRTG server, go to tab "Logs and Info", there you find a button for sending logs as well.

So following this path through the tool itself, it asks me for this field Your Ticket ID PAE <id> (If You Have One)

Where do I get this information?
