mark and display used property in map-designer of a selected map item

It would be very helpful, if the used property of an already existing map item would be selected and highlighted / opened in the property-section.

Dear Mr. Leippert,

yes. With the current interface technology we use, this is not possible with acceptable performance. But we agree that with so many map objects to chose from, it would be helpful to get it highlighted if it is selected on the map. It is not clear when we rework the map-editor and how that will look, but we recognize that there is demand.
