Email notification error

Our PRTG email notification suddenly stop working. This is the error, please help. Error sending "Email": Authentication unsuccessful ("smtp.gmail.com") (Sensor/Source/ID: 2433/0/1)

Hello,

It sounds like you need to check the SMTP Relay options by going to Setup -> System Administration -> Notification Delivery.

Make sure the credentials you have entered into PRTG to use GMail to send emails is correct.
