Hello,

I've got a PRTG installation with more than 10.000 snmp traffic sensors on switches, and i've setted up all the uplink interfaces to "Show alarm when disconnected, but ignore when deactivated".

When an interface get deactivated the sensor stay up with the message "OK. The interface has been deactivated. ifAdminStatus=down (2) (code: PE059)", is there a way to rapid search all of the sensors with code:PE059 to monitor wich critical interfaces have been administratively deactivated?

thank you, Enrico

Hi there,

Please head to "Sensors > By Type > S.. > SNMP Traffic" and add the following to the URL:

&filter_message=@sub(PE059)

This should filter for all sensors with the message that has "PE059" in it.

Best regards.
