PRTG without email notification



I need urgent help, some time ago our prtg would send email notification normally in the event of an alert, and that stopped working, there was no change, there is no blockage in our firewall, we have taken a capture on the network card of the prtg server the request is not arriving on the network card or it does not leave the application itself

Hello Daniel,

When something goes wrong when sending email notifications, you should find error messages in "Logs | System Events | Notifications".

No MX records for the domain itgx.com.br. DNS Server: E-Mail: "[email protected]". No MX records for the domain itgx.com.br. but it always worked stopped out of nowhere, no configuration was changed in the tool

MX Records are nothing that are configured in PRTG, that is something in your network and will be used when selecting "Use built-in mail server", so something might have changed in your MX records configuration. Configure the SMTP Server manually in "Setup | System Administration | Notification Delivery" alternatively to get it working again.
