All Probes disconnected after upgrade to PRTG Network Monitor 19.1.48.289

Hi,

Have just installed the upgrade to PRTG Network Monitor 19.1.48.289, and now all Probes (remote and Local) have disconnected.

I anticipated this might be the case for a period of time while they were updated, however it's over an hour now.

How do I go about fixing this?

This is the second core upgrade in a row that has gone horribly wrong taking hours to fix, next time I won't be so quick to hit install!

Hi there,

To be honest, this is a case that needs to be checked in a regular ticket. The knowledgebase is more for user to user interaction. Therefore please forward us a Support Bundle as outlined here:

Best regards.
