Envio de notificação com o status "desconhecido"

Configurei o PRTG na opção "Acionadores de notificação" para que seja enviado a notificação SOMENTE quando o sensor for "Para baixo". Mas foi identificado que as notificações são enviadas também quando o sensor estiver em "Desconhecido". Existe uma configuração correta para que as notificações só sejam enviados quando o sensor for Para baixo?

Hello Thiago,

Please note that we only provide technical support in English or German language. This being said, please proceed in either one of the two languages.

It is possible to trigger notifications in case of 'Unknown' sensor states, therefore please check your configuration and notifications triggers once again. Further information can be found in the corresponding manual section.
