Hi, When I use the SIP Options Sensor for my VoIP provider, it comes back as Down and has this error message:

Parameter -pw is mandatory.

I can't see any place to enter extra SIP information.

Hi Damien,

Please note that this Sensor requires valid user credentials to log on to the target SIP server. The credentials are entered in the Sensor settings below the "SIP Specific". The error message "Parameter -pw is mandatory" indicates that the password entered in the Sensor setting is invalid or not entered. Therefore please check the mentioned settings.

Thank you in advance!

Hi PRTG,

came back to this after leaving it on the backburner, and I think I found a problem. If I have a password of just letters I get a "Not Found" error, probably indicating a bad password, but my password has a "=" (equals sign) in it (given by provider) and as soon as I put an = in the password (right or wrong one) I get the "Parameter -pw is mandatory" error. Are you parsing with "="?

Regards Damien
