Hello!

Let's take a sutiation where PRTG Probe server has two different Network Card which belongs to different networks, for example one 192.168.0.0, and other 172.12.12.0, can PRTG probe monitor devices in two this networks? Or Probe will have connection only to one network (for example Core Server network)? Need we add some setting to Probe for doimg this?

Thank you!

Hi Vasiliy,

As PRTG depends on the underlying routing by Windows, it should be possible to monitor two networks from one probe with two network adapters. So rule of thumb is that if you can reach the device from within Windows, then it should be reachable from PRTG.

Best regards.
