Error 0x80070643 PRTG DESKTOP

Hello,

After upgrade PRTG, i'm update PRTG DESKTOP, install error 0x80070643

I have uninstall PRTG Desktop properly and restart computer. Same error message during installation No folder PRTG on "C:\Program"

Hello Aurélien,

sorry for that experience. Here the steps for how to fix this problem:

1. Make sure you have PRTG Desktop uninstalled in Apps & Features or Programs & Features

2. If the error persists look up the registry key "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Paessler\PRTGDesktop\install"

3. If the key with the name "install" is indeed there, delete that key

4. Retry the installation

I have delete the key in registery and retry the installation.
