Is Error Notification: Down, no reponse (check firewals etc) error due to connectivity failure or so

A client of ours is reporting intermittent facility errors, however nothing captured from our performance monitoring. When they provided a summary of the errors received it appears that the error message in question may have more to do with PRTG collecting SNMP data rather than a connectivity issue. Can you advise if this is an indication of PRTG connectivity unable to collect new data or if this is an indication that an SNMP trap was collected indicating a fault?

In the SNMP Compatibility options of the device in case set the SNMP Delay to 300 and turn on the Retry option. If the issue persists, please also switch from Use multi get to Use single get. Does this change the behavior of the sensors in case, i.e. does the issue occur less frequently?
