when i try to add sensors to cisco router and switches the below port error :rpc server not accessible . Host "ip" user:svc_PRTG , Password ** domain *

error port prtg

Hi there,

It is not possible to add WMI based sensors to a Cisco device. Please note that WMI is a protocol that only Windows supports:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/desktop/wmisdk/wmi-start-page

You can use the SNMP based sensors for your Cisco device, for example the SNMP Traffic Sensor:
https://www.paessler.com/manuals/prtg/snmp_traffic_sensor

There are also various Cisco Sensors, that use SNMP as well.
