How to archive prtg log data and retrive back when needed ?

I have around 24000 sensors active on my prtg monitoring our network, i see that 420GB is consumed out if 600GB hard drive. Can you suggest me a way to archive the information and restore back when ever i need it

Hi Satish,

You can simply move the contents of the Monitoring Database (https://kb.paessler.com/en/topic/463-how-and-where-does-prtg-store-its-data) to another server. Note that the data will then not be available in the graphs. Keep the data you like to report on short notice.

In case you require the data to be used for an actual report, just copy it back to the server, run the report and remove it again :)
