Custom time for acknowledge alarm

There are now 7 options for acknowledging an alarm. (Indefinitely, 5min, 15min, 1hour, 3hours, 1day, until) We only use 1hour, 3hours and until. And in until it's always 12 hours further or until the next morning.

It would be great to set custom values in that menu or maybe just 1 extra option 'until next morning', and that can be around 8 or 9 am.

An example why we would use this a lot: If a free disk space sensor tells us on an evening that there is 9% free disk space left, it can wait until the next morning to be looked at.

Hi there,

Unfortunately, that is not possible and there are currently no plans to implement such an option.

You can however use the API of PRTG to acknowledge for a custom amount of time (in minutes):

/api/acknowledgealarm.htm?id=12345&ackmsg=test&duration=60
