Hello Daniel,

Thank you for your support inquiry.

The Core installation of PRTG is in the program directory:

C:\Program Files (x86)\PRTG Network Monitor

The monitoring configuration, monitoring data, logs, etc. is stored in PRTG's data directory:

C:\ProgramData\Paessler\PRTG Network Monitor

See How PRTG Network Monitor stores its data for more information.

As a rule of thumb for how much data a sensor can produce: You need about 200 KB of disk space per sensor per day (for sensors with 60 second scanning interval).
This is a rough estimate and applies to standard sensors. Specific sensors such as flow or Packet Sniffer sensors can produce larger amounts of data. Also, the exact amount depends on the kind of data that is produced as well as the number of sensor channels.

Kind regards,
Sasa Ignjatovic, Tech Support Team
