bulk creation of SNMP sensors based on Oids

Hi,

is there a easy way to create a bunch of SNMP sensors with an ongoing OID.

I tried SNMPLIBS but just the numbers in the names are changing and PRTG sort them like this:

abc 0; abc 1; abc 10; abc 100; abc 1000; abc 1001; abc 1002; … abc 1099; abc 11; abc 110; abc 1100; …

that makes it a chalange to select the first 72 :D

Is there a way to create al bulk of SNMP-Sensors at once ?

Or a way to change the way PRTG sorts the names ?

mib oid prtg snmp snmp-sensor

Hi MoreQuestion,

In PRTG it's not possible to create Sensors/Devices via script. However, there is an unofficial script that allows you to bulk add Sensors/Devices. As a side note, please refer to the following article which explains why we can't really offer any customization help for PRTG: https://kb.paessler.com/en/topic/78334-what-is-your-position-towards-customizing-prtg
