Notification 2 sensors and channel's

I ask for help in setting up the notification. I have sensor # 1 channel ID 1, when down state, send lastmessage sensor # 1 channel ID 1 and lastmessage sensor # 2 channel ID 2 (message in telegram Execute HTTP Action ). Is it possible
