Office 365 Licences Sensor (Error connecting to your tenant. Please check credentials)

Hi There,

Anyone used the Get-PRTGO365Licenses.ps1 script successfully from : https://github.com/debold/PRTG-O365Licensing/blob/master/Get-PRTGO365Licenses.ps1

This sensor was set up last year but is now reporting Error connecting to your tenant. Please check credentials.

But I don't know how to check the credentials as under the sensor settings perameters it says: -O365User %linuxuser -O365pass %linuxpassword

I've checked our App registration in Azure and the Client ID is good for another year ?

Any help would be appreciated

Hi there,

The Parameters indicate that you need to check the entered credentials in the device settings under "Credentials for Linux/Solaris/Mac OS (SSH/WBEM) Systems". Alternatively define the credentials directly in the parameters, which I wouldn't recommend due to the security concerns.

best regards.
