Hi there,

Unfortunately, that is not possible as every traffic is counted into the traffic counter. There is no way to distinguish between V4 and V6 traffic.

So, what about this : https://www.paessler.com/manuals/prtg/xflow_packet_sniffer_filter_rules , if we have an interface on a device and want to separately calculate traffic V4 and V6 on it?

Hi there,

Unfortunately, only the Packet Sniffer offers filters for IPv4 and IPv6 traffic. The Netflow PacWithin this sensor you can filter by "EtherType":

Best regards.

Hello,

I'm afraid you can't use the netflow or traffic sensor to separate ipv4 and ipv6 as only the Packet Sniffer offers filters for IPv4 and IPv6 traffic. You have to use the Packet Sniffer sensor and use "IPV4"/"IPV6" as "Include Filters".
