Error for VMware sensors - This Sensor requires .Net Framework release (Code PE104)

Hi All

Have the above issue. have checked on PRTG server and its running 4.7.

Any other ideas?

Hi there,

It needs at least 4.7.2, just 4.7 is not enough.

Can't the required version number be displayed in the error message, as this we need 'something' is rather unclear.

Hi there,

This is more a generic error message by all exe based sensors. They were not specifically changed after adding .Net Framework 4.7.2 support. We have tried to make customers aware via the release notes.
