Ping graph

Noticed that when setting up the ping sensor (ie default of 5 pings per 1 minute intervals), the graph will show: Ping Time, Minimum and Max values. I'm trying to understand how the "Ping Time" value is identified? is it the average of the 5 pings per minutes interval?

Hi,

Yes, the Ping Time value shows the average of 5 ping queries in the set interval. Here it is not relevant which period of time you specified for the scanning interval, as a longer period of time for the scanning interval will only delay the ping query.
You'll find more information about the Ping Sensor here.
