A client has requested to monitor the following URL, but I ask for guidance on how I can monitor it. https://apigateway.serpro.gov.br/api-loja-franca/api/

Hello Daniel,
The API page requires an authentication. If you just open the mentioned URL, the page replies with an error message 403, which is interpreted as an error by PRTG's sensors. If that failure code is okay for you and your customer, you can create your own sensor just requesting the error codes by following this guide
