HTTP/1.1 400 Bad Request on sensor for outlook.office.com

Randomly we are getting false positive failures on our HTTP sensor for outlook.office.com. This started over the weekend and is still going. No changes were made and it was working fine before.

I found the following article: https://kb.paessler.com/en/topic/67398-my-http-sensors-fail-to-monitor-websites-which-use-sni-what-can-i-do I worked through changing the url, creating a new HTTP Advanced sensor, scanning interval, timeout, etc, but nothing is working.

Has anyone seen this with this URL? All of our other website sensors are monitoring without issue.

Michael,

When this sensor has issues, are you able to get to outlook.office.com from the PRTG server?

Yes, we're able to connect to the URL from the PRTG server and from the clients. I tried creating the sensor under a probe server as well, but it still keeps flapping.

FYI that's for the quick reply.

What URL are you specifically connecting to? Can you open a support ticket, and send me a screenshot of the error message you are getting?
