Hello!

My Windows administrator oftenly plans and do servers maintanance. Lots of his servers is a part of several Business Process Sensors, this sensors showing an error when servers is going offline and it normal, this how business process work. What is the best practice you may to advice to avoid Business Process Down state in this situations. As far as i understand there is no special state like "Maintanance" or other for the selected device which will not change Business Process state.

Thank you!

Hi Vasiliy,

You could instead use tags to include the Sensors into the Business Process Sensor and remove the tags when the maintenance starts (as part of the process of configuring a maintenance) and re-add it when it's done. Otherwise, there's unfortunately no option to have the Business Process Sensor ignore the paused state of a source sensor.
