PRTG is generating traffic beside SNMP

Please advise why PRTG is generating SMB, SAMBA and other traffic beside ICMP as I only set ping to WAN ip

- Auto-Discovery (https://www.paessler.com/manuals/prtg/auto_discovery)
- Similar Sensor Detection (https://www.paessler.com/manuals/prtg/similar_sensors)
- System information (https://www.paessler.com/manuals/prtg/system_information)
