User Story

As a PRTG User, I want to have the new features of Chromium Browser Engine support. A lot of sites that we monitor only allow TLS 1.2/1.3. Chromium gives us the best experience, for that reason we dont want to use Edge or PhantomJS (PhantomJS is also a project that stopped).

We have discussed this with Paessler in ticket PAE1250177 and for now they have decided to stop support Chromium Engine. Main reason is that it will double the size of the PRTG Server and PRTG probe package.

I've suggested to add an option to choose for this feature, but it will then require a manual download/install of the chromium package. This would give us the options and freedom to decide if we need it or not.
