Measuring power/electricity consumption via CT Clamps

Does anyone have experience measuring home electricity usage, perhaps using CT Clamps ? Searching amazon, it appears the EHEM1-LV Home Electricity Monitor units might be interesting: https://www.amazon.com/Eyedro-EHEM1-Home-Electricity-Monitor/dp/B00EP774LM?ref_=fsclp_pl_dp_3

It appears that they might send their data to some sort of centralized service. Rather hoping that I can get data directly from the devices.

Does anyone have experience with this ?

Hi cburkins,

If the EHEM1-LV Home Electricity Monitor unit supports SNMP, you can monitor the device via a SNMP Custom Sensor. However, if the device only has an API, then you will need to use the HTTP XML/REST Value Sensor or the HTTP Data Advanced Sensor.
Unfortunately, we have no experience with this device.
