1. please let us know how to monitor whether the ISP links are giving us the Exact bandwidth or not. >2. How to set a threshold in case if the bandwidth gets reduced also want the PRTG to trigger us with alert mail in case the bandwidth is reduced. >how to monitor voip traffic jitter, latency, delay,

Dear Marshal,

PRTG cannot detect if the ISP give you the full bandwidth. But it can check the currently free bandwidth using the HTTP Advanced sensor. If the speed drops compared to previous sensor results, the sensor does not know if there is an issue with the ISP, or if someone else used the line to do a big download at that time.

For working with notification, we have a 14-minute video and for sensor limit configuation in order to trigger notification, a 5-minute video.

For estimating VoIP quality and get metrics like delay and jitter, please use a QoS sensor, either 1-way or round trip.
