Dears,

I have this issue with PRTG when I try to create a report it only show the table data with out loading the graph image. also it dose not generate the PDF file as in the Todo Tickets that there was an error."error loading http://127.0.01:8085/api/...

please note that I have changed the port to 8081 but still the reporting need to access 8085.

could you let me know how to change the reporting port so that it load from 8081?

I have already checked HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Paessler/PRTG Network Monitor/Server/Webserver as it is 8081.

Thanks for your time.

What specific version of PRTG are you running? If you run anything older than 19.3.52.3502, please update to the latest version, as we implemented fixes to the Reporting, including fixes for timeouts.

Note that reporting engine and webserver cannot run on the same port, as they're different applications.

Dear Stepahan,

My version is older than what you have mention. I will try to update and see if this will solve the issue.

Thanks
