will Site to Site tunnel traffic show on Wan traffic or I have to monitor each site to site traffic? As site to site still go through wan, therefore I only monitor wan port for Bandwidth , am I correct?

This depends on how the site to site traffic is handled on the device. If it is separated from the other traffic that happens on the wan port then, you would need to monitor each site to site. If it is not separated from the other traffic then you could just monitor the wan port. However if the port has any traffic besides the site to site, your results may not be accurate.
