Does PRTG have the ability to label patch panels and cables. Our cables are numbers and we track them in a spreadsheet but would like to have PRTG display end to end Node-Cabel#-wall plate#-cable#-PatchPanel#+Port#-Cable#-Switch#+port# This would allow a tech to ensure all connections are proper.

Can PRTG be used for this purpuse?

Hello John,

Thank you very much for your question.

Unfortunately, PRTG is not able to label patch panels and cables. Neither physically of course but also within a map it would be very inconvenient and not to say not really possible to do so.

Best,
Sebastian
