I checked some devices and the imported system information but only some of System information are gathered ( Hardware, Software).

How does PRTG get 'System Information'? Is it possible to collect by SNMP only without WMI?

What kinds of devices PRTG can collect 'System Information'?

device snmp system-information wmi

It uses both to retrieve the information. Installed Software, Hardware, OS information, running services, running processes. You can only use it as a whole, neither protocol can be disabled. It's looking for general information via WMI and at standard SNMP OIDs. SNMP will retrieve way less data, though (as not everything is exposed).
