Unexpected Cloud Error. (code: PE253)

I have some web services hosted on AWS and use cloud http sensor to monitor. Yesterday all cloud http sensors showed the same error message [Unexpected Cloud Error. (code: PE253)] Http sensors for these host are normal at the same time What could be the problem?

Hey mingshunlai,

The issue with Cloud HTTP sensors showing error code PE253 was an issue on our side. We already fixed it.

If the sensors does not revert back to a normal state automatically, please wipe your DNS cache on the Core Server (or respective Remote Probe) in the CMD with ipconfig /flushdns
