Hello, I would like to monitor a Linux server to alert when no files fall within 24 hours within a specific folder, could you help?

Hello Jose,

Thank you for your post.

You can monitor smb shares on Linux by using the Folder Sensor, the folder sensor shows how old the newest file is, so you could set a limit that the sensor goes down when the newest file is oder then 1 day.

If this does not work, you would have to create your own script for this, and use it in a SSH Script Sesnor.

Kind regards,
