Map monitoring session time

I am looking for the way in which the session does not close. I am using a TV to show a map of PRTG and from time to time the session closes. Although, I made the map public, it closes. There is a way to solve this that is not "Keeps the user session started even for a longer period of inactivity." Thank you

Hello,

You can change the Automatic Logout Time in the "Website"-section at "Setup > System Administration > User Interface". However if you made the Map public and you are using the public link, you do not need to change this setting. Public Maps do not require a login, and therefore have no timeout.

If there is any timeout issue, please contact us directly at [email protected] and send us a screenshot of the issue, so we can take a closer look.
