Hello, there. I'm new to here. When a device's master sensor(PING) is down during a day, related child sensors are all disappeared. I naviagted PRTG's menus, but cannot find any configuration about this. Is it possible turn off this option, or do I have to disable all dependencies?

Hi there,

If a ping sensor is created by the default autodiscovery, it is configured as master object for this device. This means that all sensors get paused if the ping gets down.

In order to change this behavior, please switch to the settings of the ping sensor. In the section Schedules, Dependencies, and Maintenance Window you can switch the Dependency Type to Use parent.

For more information about dependencies, please check this article.

Kind regards,
