Maintenance expired

Please would you help me with this question regarding the maintenance subscription for PRTG? Our Server maintenance has expired recently and we will be looking to renew shortly but it will take few months before we can reinstate the maintenance. I guess we will not have access to updates or patches but will it be a simple process to just buy the maintenance subscription in future?

Please will you confirm not having the maintenance and then renewing it after a gap of months will not have any impact on our PRTG licence?

Hello Jagjit,

Without maintenance your PRTG won't get updates. Nevertheless you will be able to use your current PRTG as usual. When you renew your maintenance you need to pay also for the gap where the maintenance was unavailable. The license key won't change when you buy new maintenance. Please, take a look at this video about maintenance.
