Problems with Sniffers

Network adapters are "No network adapters available" When I pause the sensor, then resume I get a "wpcap.dll is not available"

Looks quite close to ticket 86891

Hello,

It seems like Npcap is not installed correctly. Please uninstall WinPcap from your PRTG Server (if it is installed) and install the Npcap library afterwards. Once you updated the Npcap library you should be able to collect the data from the packet sniffer sensor.
